Exchange and Returns Policy

At Cherries, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Fill Out Our Contact Form:

    • Go to our Contact Us page and fill out the form.
    • Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions:

    • Once we receive your request, we'll send you detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
    • Do not send us anything without confirming with us. We can not process your return without registering it in our system.
    • Please ensure all returned items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  3. Processing Your Return:

    • After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your exchange or refund. This usually takes 5-7 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Items on sale or clearance may be final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Products must be new with the tags still on
  • Return cost are to be paid by the customer
  • We charge a restocking fee
