At Cherries, we are committed to ensuring that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review the return process and policies below.

Common Return Reasons and Solutions

Defective/Manufacturing Issues

If the product is defective or has quality issues, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Doesn’t Fit Me (Wrong Size/Color Ordered)

You can return or exchange the product; however, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Changed Mind/No Longer Desired

You may return or exchange the item, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Wrong Item Received (Wrong/Missing Item from the Package)

If you receive the wrong item, we can send you a replacement free of charge.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping information when placing an order. If any corrections are needed, contact us immediately to assist with updates.

If your issue is not listed above, please reach out to us directly, and we will work with you to resolve it.


How to Return Your Order

If you need to return all or part of your order, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@fitcherries.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Approval & Return Address: Our customer service team will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide you with the correct return address. (Note: If there is no response within 14 days after approval, the return request will be canceled.)

3. Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the product(s) in the original packaging, ensuring all accessories and items are included.

4. Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided, and share the tracking number with our customer service team.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days using your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

Products that meet the following criteria cannot be returned:

  1. Pre-ordered products

  2. Items that have been used or are not in their original condition

Promotional Sale Items (Including BOGO Offers)

• Items purchased during promotional sales (including BOGO offers) can be returned   but are limited to a maximum of 3 items. This policy helps us manage our inventory effectively while continuing to offer you great deals.

Damaged Products Upon Arrival

If your product is damaged during transit, please:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged item on a flat surface, showing both the defect and label.

2. Email the photos and a description of the issue to support@fitcherries.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

3. We will send you a replacement free of charge. If the item is defective again, we will issue a full refund.
